The user task
A prospective apparel buyer checks product capabilities, process and business information, then follows the quote-request route with a specific requirement.
My role and the limits of this evidence
- I designed, built and maintain the website, including its business information structure and inquiry experience.
- Public pages and the quote-request route can be inspected directly. A live inquiry was not submitted as part of this walkthrough.
- No measured sales uplift, conversion improvement or time-saving claim is made here.
