Terms of service: scope, payment and cancelling

This site describes our services and starting prices. Your written quote states the final scope, price and dates.

Concept projects are made-up demonstrations. They are not real businesses and do not show real customers or results.

Each project has its own written agreement covering payments, ownership and rounds of changes.

Work starts after the advance. Before you approve, you get a private preview and one round of changes. Cancel before work starts: the full advance comes back. Cancel after the preview but before approval: it comes back minus a 20% fee. After approval the advance is not refundable.

If we hear nothing from you for 14 days the project pauses, and after 30 days it closes and the advance is kept. Until the final payment the site stays a private preview. On payment, the live site, logins and files are handed to you the same day.

Free fixes after launch last 7 days on the Starter Page and 30 days on other packages. Domain and hosting accounts are bought and owned by you.
