01Can I add products and change prices myself later?
Yes on Store Starter and Store Pro, which include a self-service admin panel and a 30-minute training call. The Starter Page and Store Lite do not include admin dashboards to keep prices low—for those, we make changes for you, or your Care plan covers them. Extra products are ৳500 per 10 items.
02Do I have to pay every month?
No for the Starter Page, which has zero compulsory monthly fees. You only pay about ৳1,500/year for your domain name, and hosting runs free on your own static account (optional Starter care is ৳700/mo). Online stores require active database servers, so store hosting is part of a Care plan starting at ৳3,000/month.
03How will orders from Facebook reach me?
Orders arrive directly on your WhatsApp or in a structured order list on your phone. You put your website link in your Facebook bio, pinned posts, and inbox replies. When customers tap 'Order on WhatsApp', a pre-filled message with the selected product, size, and price lands instantly in your WhatsApp chat.
04What guarantee do I get for my advance?
You get a 100% money-back guarantee before work begins, and an 80% refund if you cancel after seeing the initial preview. Only after you explicitly approve the design preview does the advance become non-refundable and full coding starts. Every deliverable, price, and deadline is written down before you pay a single taka.
05Do I need a trade licence to take bKash or Nagad?
No, you do not need a trade licence to start taking Cash on Delivery and manual bKash or Nagad payments. You can start immediately using your personal or merchant bKash/Nagad number where customers input their TrxID. Formal automated card gateways (SSLCommerz) that require trade licences and bank accounts can be integrated later whenever your papers are ready.
