Phone photos are fine, and you can send them on WhatsApp in any order. Please tell us early if you need more time: the project pauses after 14 days of silence and closes after 30 (see Preview, cancelling and refunds on the Prices page).

Your site does not depend on us. The domain and hosting are in your name, you get the logins and the site files at handover, and you can remove us as admin at any time. Anyone else you hire can take over.

No, you do not need a trade licence to start taking Cash on Delivery or manual bKash/Nagad payments. A trade licence, TIN, bank account and DBID are only required if you want an automated merchant gateway (like SSLCommerz) or automated credit cards, which can be connected later whenever your documents are ready.

Your site keeps running. Free fixes cover anything we built that is not working. After that, small changes are quoted in writing before we start (on a Starter Page, for example, another page is ৳1,500), or a monthly care plan covers a set number of changes. You are never charged without a quote.
