1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Apparo (“the Service”) at apparo.io, operated by Sleek Apparels (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Apparo is an AI-powered platform that generates fashion tech packs from text prompts. Tech packs are produced using Google Gemini AI and are intended as starting points for garment production. Generated content should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in manufacturing.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models
• Exceed rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions
• Upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

The Apparo platform, including its name, logo, software, and underlying technology, is owned by Sleek Apparels. Tech packs you generate using the Service are owned by you. However, AI-generated content may not be unique — similar prompts may produce similar results for other users.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Tech packs generated by the Service are produced by AI and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of generated content before use in production.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleek Apparels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
