About Apparo

Sourcing run by people who actually run factories.

Apparo is an independent, operator-led sourcing platform connecting small-batch private-label, streetwear, and institutional buyers with personally vetted Bangladeshi garment suppliers. No commission, no self-attested listings — every match is made by working RMG merchandisers in Dhaka.

Why Apparo exists

The smallest orders get the worst options.

A brand wanting 100–500 pieces of a style is invisible to large trading houses and big B2B platforms — their economics only work on 20,000-piece programs. What is left for small buyers is generic directories where any intermediary can buy a badge and nothing is verified.

On the other side, small and mid-size Bangladeshi factories — often excellent at niche constructions and genuinely willing to take small pilot orders — have no international sales channel of their own. They depend on agents who take a cut of every conversation.

Apparo sits exactly in that gap: a curated, floor-verified directory plus a human concierge that hand-matches each request. Today every request is read and routed personally by our Dhaka team — deliberately, while the cohort is small enough to vet properly.

Khondaker Rajiur Rahman

Founder & Managing Director — known as Kh Raj Rahman

Apparo is founded and run by a working garment manufacturer. Kh Raj operates a real Dhaka production floor day to day — negotiating fabric, running merchandisers, shipping export orders — and that operating experience is the platform's vetting engine. When a factory says it can hold a 240 GSM combed-cotton tolerance or a 150-piece MOQ, someone who actually buys that fabric and runs those lines checks the claim.

Apparo operates as an independent brand. It is a small-batch sourcing initiative of Sleek Apparels Ltd., Dhaka — listed factories are vetted on their own merits, compete on quality and MOQ tolerance, and are never funnelled to any single manufacturer.

What we believe

Verification is physical

Capacity, MOQ tolerance, and sampling discipline are checked on the factory floor — never on a sign-up form.

Small MOQs are the point

The 50–500 piece buyer is our customer, not our leftovers. We grow only as fast as we can vet properly.

No commission on deals

The commercial relationship stays directly between buyer and factory once introduced. We never skim a cut of production.

Honest fit over volume

If your order is outside what our cohort does well, we say so — a declined inquiry beats a bad production run.
